Nah, I think that it was just whomever was put in charge of putting together the montage of tributes for people that died last year was a putz. Incompetent. Messed up, big time.

I don't know how they draw the line anymore, since the small screen and the big screen are closer than ever before, with actors crossing over from one to the other all the time now.
