If the site went under how do I go about getting all of my money I payed for a product back? I will be very mad, as money doesn't come easy to me and this was going to be my pain med supply for the next 2 months, as I no longer have any more money to buy any with. So my question is, what should I do? Thanks to all.

Searching for it on here does not show any results that look like that. I don't think anything else I've ever ordered was shipped by EMS, so maybe it's a normal thing with EMS packages. Has anybody else seen that retention part? That was tracking the package from the Indian postal service. I have emailed their customer service 3 times now within the past 3 days about my order and nothing back yet. When the site was up and working when I emailed their customer service they replied within 6 or 12 hours usually. My last 4 orders with them have always came 7-12 days shipping, very nice packing, decent produces and everything was in order as a good business should be. Now..... nothing so I don't have my hopes up that is for sure. I know one thing though... my birthday is going to suck [censored] this year... in pain the whole time yay! and I hate drinking beer or alcohol. I will still have my fingers crossed thought!

I have trouble receiving their emails, my email account tends to bounce them back to them. They did take the money on Wednesday which was right before they shut down. Do you think its a lost c ause? Id only be out about $25 but I was hoping that maybe it did get shipped. I used registered not ems shipping. I love their packaging and cant say it enough. Other IOPs could do well if they used their packaging methods.

It was false alarm. I don't know why it said that, but the USPS site now shows: Inbound Out of Customs, July 31, 2010, 1:13 pm And, this morning it shows the package to have passed through a sort facility in Memphis, Tn, which is close to me. I should receive it today or tomorrow probably.
