I have used the captain several times and have always gotten my orders although a couple of times it was a reship. He automatically sends 1 extra blister pack although states he will refund the $29 shipping if you refer a friend and send 20% extra if you send a link of your positive feedback but Ive never known anyone who has done that or gotten a refund. I have never not gotten a bonus strip of meds and I have never sent him a link to any positive feedback here. I too would post good or bad experience. So just because someone posts something positive doesnt mean he's shilling for the captain. Also my shipment times have varied from 10-20 days not 5-10

Based on the preceding post, it sure seems like it takes "positive" reviews to get in on your freebie pill deal with this dealer.
But you seem to have cut a better deal getting a 25% bonus rather than just 20%.

Since the captain sends out the orders in multiple packages, I guess I would get the next one (2/6 shipment) in 4 or 5 days.

sorry to hear you are having problems and i'm very surprised to hear that your emails aren't being answered. i've waited up to a month and a half for delivery from some iops.....nothing they were doing wrong...just really slow ship/post process for whatever reason. i hope it's all resolved soon.

quick response on reliability of captain. im in serious trouble with losing my house due to unemployment for two years....there are no jobs available for me! ive applied for over 6,000 jobs and got two interviews in 2 rs and didnt ge either job.I did Let captain know im ordering small order (9.00 usd worth because of my sitation/no insurance)...ordered friday evening, 3-13-10. received package this morning express 3-15-10. he also refused my money. sent triple what i ordered. THANK YOU CAPTAIN. you saved me a lot of money. all it was was my antidepressant. but he must have worked his [censored] off getting me this so quickly since i'm in NE usa.

Kind of a weird site. I suppose all of you guys got the 18 dollar medical eval, or had your doctors where you live send in something? It also returns nothing when I search for various things that it says it has... (?)

I've been ordering from the Captain for years, and it's always worked out just fine. The website is different from most, but if you first go the the medical section, then search on the generic name for a medication you're seeking, you'll find what is currently available. Order fulfillment is done by email after that. The meds arrive properly packaged and arrive in great shape. I'll continue to be the Captain's customer for a long time.

nice to see other's posting their postitive experience with sebastian. i received the last part of my order and there is a small mix up. i emailed sebastian last night, rec'd answer this mornining, correct med is shipping thursday. you cannot ask for better service then avoidmiddleman. the error is very small (one pack of meds missed), but he responed so quickly to make things right, i don't consider this an issue at all...if anything, it shows once again, that avoidmiddlemand is the best iop out there. sebastian has always beat the competition with his prices and quality of meds (now you may find cheaper meds, but the quality will be lacking...i learned that a long time ago) and his superior customer service. his customers are important to him and he shows it. i cannot give avoidmiddleman a higher recommendation to anyone looking for an iop that is honest, decent, and a pleasure to work with...not to mention, receiveing high quality product everytime you order. There will always be people complaining about something, and most people who have good experiences don't take the time to post, so take it for what it is...i post because i want to share this information and help someone make the right decsision. I can't vouch for the quality based on my personal use of this med...I don't have a use for these meds..what i can tell you is that the meds i do order are consistent in quality. Trust.

first you register at the site...then you place your order....you will be prompted to copy your order (do it, it's important)...then checkout....you'll be contacted by the company via email and it will be handled from there.

Absolute liar. First order perfect. Second order never received. He did refund money but accused me of being a liar. I am not in the habit of lying I just never got order. He then told me as an act of good faith and to keep my business he would send free meds. Never received. He also said I could order and pay after. Never happened even though I contacted many times. Avoid the captain. He is a liar and a cheat.

I ended up getting everything I ordered plus some extra. I'm a big fan of Alprax...they are uncoated and seem to work really fast. Anyway, communication is an issue, but I got more than what I paid for...can't complain about that.

I tried registering on the site and although it appeared to work it failed. So I sent an email and although I did receive a prompt reply it seemed a mix of form response and a bunch of other non sense not relevant to my questions. After this I remain hesitant to provide the information asked for by the 'captain' to finish my registration and place an order so at this time I will not be placing a test order to see how things work.

Here Here the captain is a nut job. I ordered back in Oct. and kept getting emails saying your order is being sent in small shipments. Stay away from the captain, total rip off of my $132 money.
He makes promises he doesn't keep.
100% liar, 6 months and nothing but lying email promises.
