G just emailed me again. His email right now is george4betterhealthrx@Safe-mail.net.

Apparently this scammer has made an email very similar to this and tried to trick people. He said it is missing a "T". So pay attention to the exact address your emailing and make sure it matches that posted above.

He said he is getting a new email address because of this and he'll let me and some other DBr's know. I'll post it on here. He said he wants to make sure no one loses any more $$ to this guy.

Notice there is only 1 T in better. This is the scammers email! Stay away! Make sure if you email G there are 2 T's in better!

Thanks for the good warnings. I have also confirmed that a scammer has taken the very similar address but with only one T and is sending e-mails pretending to be him. So everyone be very, very careful! G may change his e-mail and take other steps to be sure everyone is not taken for a ride so anyone who gets an e-mail with any information of any type PLEASE be sure that there TWO Ts in the address. I have always dedicated my activities on this board to help keep people from being scammed.

It appears that the fulfillment shop has messed up and G has assured me that its fixed so I will report when I receive. However, regular communication appears to be restored as I'm getting answers fairly regularly again and within a reasonable time. Just wanted to let everyone know my current experience.

I'm screwed. Totally Effin' screwed.

I just checked and realized I placed an order with G before I knew "Mr Scammer A-hole" changed his address to look similar to G's but with only one "T". A $380 order!!!

Just right before you guys told us about the scammer's newest trick, he emailed me - of course writing like G, "acting" like G, lookin' like G but NOT SMELLIN' LIKE G!!! gdm it!!

I assume your money has been picked up. If not, I would have immediately taken whatever measures available to 'cancel' the Money Order. There are methods.

If you use online,.. (which most don't) - you can cancel fairly easily as it is all electronic, and as long as no one has picked up they can shift the funds.

Judging by your tone, it is too late for any recoup. I hate to hear that.

G is a reasonable person, he has been known to help people out when something like this happens.

Not that he will send the order 'on the house', but a DISCOUNT due to the issues could be arranged if you explain it and he feels generous.

Definitely worth a shot.

BTW: Has anyone heard from G today? Any replies, responses? Or is he back on 'medical leave' because of his wife?

I don't know how these scammers disseminate those e-mail addresses that "look similar" to G's or any source for that matter but I always use the reply on a mail I know is from the real G(or whoever) if I'm going to order something.

Yep, it was picked up. I did it online. Haven't contacted George because I'd already tried 2 or 3 times during about a month's time before all this and heard nothing. I know he's got a busy life and I'm not upset or annoyed with him at all whatsoever. Just wish he would have contacted me earlier. Oh well.

Well Booger must've sent an email to the "G"'s old Gmail address awhile ago. He didn't hear anything for weeks he said, then he gotta reply from the scammer. And he ordered from that.

I think that's what happened. That Gmail address has been outta use for awhile as Odman posted awhile ago on this thread. G's safe-mail address is secure, so I figure the scammer took all the DBr's email addy's from the old Gmail account. Then made a fake safe-mail addy with one T in better and emailed some DBr's. I'm surprised I never got an email from the scammer, because I talked with G a lot on that old address. I even got scammed by that impersonator.

Booger said he hadn't heard from "G" in 3 weeks, he must've thought it was a little weird to get a response out of the blue. If he really got conned that way it stinks. (If we weren't censored I'd use some more "choice" words there)

I did send the previous emails to "G"s safe address - Hadn't heard from him at all

So yes when I did hear, didn't notice the one "T" and yes, when the scammer responded of course I thought it was "G".

Live and learn. NOooo guarantees in this "business".

You all have it right as I understand it. The scammer is the one who hacked G's old e-mails so he had all contacts from G's old addresses. He then set up a similar safe-Mail addy except with only one T and sent to everyone from that one. Since many people just hit reply and it seemed like it was from G, they didn't bother to check the addy. G thinks he knows who it is and he believes is is a competitor. That's what I know so far.

To BC, per your PM I came here and saw the recent posts and will do my best to see if G will get back to you and can do something.

And again to ALL: It is so easy to be scammed these days. ALWAYS verify who your are in communication with and be certain it is who you think it is. And again PLEASE note that the correct safe-mail addy has TWO T's in it. To my knowledge that addy is still safe and secure. I think its stretching it now for G or any source to continue trying to make up for what some POS scammer has done. This is the Internet after all, and even some of the most secure sites in the world continue to be hacked. So anything we do on the Web can be at risk any time.

P.S. Just as an additional comment, I NEVER use reply for any e-mail I get. I always start a new e-mail using my address book for the correct reply address and, if necessary, cut and paste the message I am replying to. It may seem a bit paranoid but I've been scammed, had credit card numbers stolen, etc. and from many people on many sites, not just from this board.

I don't know what is up me getting a response from g. Is there something I else I should be doing? Please PM me, if you can help me reach him(been trying for well over a month).

Just make sure you use the safe-mail address. And send him tues-thurs, he'll get back to you. Seems he gets flooded fri-sun and then spends monday doing his best to answer them, but seems to lose a few. I heard from him this morning

To everyone G he just told me he is gonna start answering emails at 9am and 9pm only. So he has more time to take care of his Family. So if you email him at those times it'll probably be easier to get a hold of him.

I am giving up on G. He has worked for me in the past, but I cannot, for the life of me, get a response from him. I have not pestered him with back to back to back to back emails either. I am taking my business else where. I need something by Friday.

BTW, I am not saying G is a bad vendor. I was successful with him in the past. Please do not take my post the wrong anyone.

I agree, he's not a bad vendor just too busy to respond to us. He needs to Notify us somehow when he's available and when he's not. He's also had a lot of REALLY crappy things happen to him lately with this business and personally so maybe he's lying low. Still...

I went with Shaz. I'm in CA and rec'd in about 10 days max. Don't have exact days in front of me but most people receive in about 8 days. Fantastic packaging and, in my case w/3 orders, professional and prompt responses and service. NO problems there.
