I almost wonder if they just want to sell people on the remailer service. Maybe they get a cut or something? They told me they wouldn't ship to me directly, but that there was a great remailing service on the East Coast. I wasn't interested in any kind of middle man, so I just left it alone.

I can not answer your question 100%, but I can confirm I have ordered from StarliteRX 3-4 times since ownership changed hands and everything I order has gotten shipped directly to me, I have never been pitched the "remailer service", so I doubt they get any cut from it; in fact I'm almost positive they only suggest it to help the customer out! They STILL have some of the absolute best customer service around (National and International)!

Got 1st half of my shipment today, thought I would tell the group: Shipped 4/8, received 4/26. Great packaging, 1 damaged but no biggie.

I went to the site and it says registration open. Send your name, Country and phone number to an email address. Is this normal procedure for them? Thanks.

Yes Swirl. However, I don't think it's necessary to give them your phone number. When I registered, I gave them my local Domino's Pizza phone number. I've received all my orders from Starlite with that phone number and didn't receive any pizzas I didn't order ;\)

Thank you. I did it. I heard back and they consider me in a hot spot. Which is news to me. I'll mark them off my list. LOL

They took my order but I HATE AlertPay. I am having to pay in two seperate payments due to their limits which I find annoying. I will let you know how things go from here.

How are you paying with two seperate payments?
Can that be two credit cards?

Or does it have to be a bank acct and a credit account?

Can you register two credit cards and use one for say $60.00
and the other for $50.00? As long as the credit is avaible for that month?

Thanks

Shame all you people having to use AlertPay and other hassle-laden means of paying whereas us UK residents can use the ever reliable and infinitely user-friendly UKash. Sorry, I've got no vested interest other than the fact that i've used them a number of times and it's so easy it's unbelievable. I just wish more vendors used it. There's only s/lite that I know of that do, oh and that scam site that I'll simply refer to as GP in case it gets me in bother mentioning them but they don't count anyway \:D

More payment methods as easy to use as UKash please God.

on west coast... normally ordered w/ at least a 30 day lead time, some seizures. Used a re-mailer ( as I was in a hot zone) and got my full package of meds in less than 14 days.

Whether it's Joe or John, or J, or John, or whatever the name starts with, same great service and better response time with re-mailer.

And, I have been I long time customer, over 4 years off and on... only thing i am really gonna miss, and am rationing myself on is the aplax gador xanax pills. CAM just had the the deals on that stuff.

Anyways, unless someone can tell me diff. I'm gonna order some more from S/L.

Personal use only, not rec. not abuse. really needed for daily living.

Oh well. Sad to report that I received my first LL. But heck, I did get 10 for 10 before this LL with the new management. I never received a LL from the old management. Bummer. Time for me to let this resource rest awhile.

I've always kept my orders small as not to draw suspicion with multiple envelopes. It was only $100.00 plus the $10.00 shipping. It's just that I haven't ever received a LL from SL before is what bummed me out. In all my ordering from IOP's, I've only received two prior LL's. So I guess I can consider myself lucky that I've only totaled three.

I logged on just fine. What site are you trying? What post are you talking about? You may be referring to news and the website from the old Starlite. I was a younger man back then.

Hi NBG:

I just read that you received your first LL. What a bummer! I am a new customer to Starlite and was wondering what area you live in. I live in the Southeast and will be waiting ever so patiently for my order. I ordered 2 different things that they are shipping in 2 separate envelopes for security reasons. I hope this won't DECREASE my chances of receiving them. It seems like most people (including yourself) has had really great experiences from ordering from them under the new management. All the research I've done suggests that only about 5% of international packages are seized. I may not be much of a gambler, but I'm hoping that's accurate info!

Thanks!

I'm in the Desert Southwest Wondergirl. I'm sure it's just the luck of the draw with seizures and wouldn't worry if I were you!

Thanks so much for the quick email response and vote of encouragement! Patience is not one of my best characteristics, and this is the first time I've ordered from an IOP. I will keep my fingers crossed and report on my experience!

That sucks NBG. I am checking my mailbox twice a day now. As I said before "No Whammies, No whammies........

I think that Easter somehow sped up delivery times. Maybe more people traveling (more planes/capacity) and more time sensitive mail (granma's easter money) made our earlier deliveries faster.

The monthly limit of $100 applies to credit cards and not the bank account from what I remember. Meaning if you add funds from a bank account to Alert Pay and use the "pay from alertpay balance" option when ordering you can get around that $100 monthly limit. Of course you have to add your bank account to Alert Pay and not everybody is comfortable doing that.

I payed via a CC for the full $100 and opened a second account with a second CC for the remaining $10. Even though I did not want to add my account, I finally have so that in the future I can place orders easily. I did call my bank and tell them to decline any withdrawls to AlertPay unless I call to verify. I figured that should provide me some security. My bank has mastered customer service which it seems like very few have.

Just curious ChadWH...

I'm a banker and that must be a VERY small bank. With the thousands of transacations a day that run through a single branch's accounts, it would be very hard to monitor each and every transaction. They probobly just put and "caution" on your account. Especially dealing with a withdrawal like AlertPay would make. If AP took money out of your account, it would be by ACH (Automated Clearing House). This is also known as a bank draft. It's very hard to stop as the only time the banker would be alerted of it is if your account goes overdrawn.
I feel comfortable with Alertpay so far as I have no reason not to trust them. If by chance they did draft your account without authorization, you would have to dispute it by signing an affidavit under penalty of perjury. Your bank would more than likely get it fixed for you, but it would take a couple of days.

I just thought you might like to know that.

Yes they are a VERY small bank however I believe you are correct. The account was only tagged or "cautioned." I was not overly concerned about AP however I did want to cover some of my bases. They are reviewed fairly highly on a quick google search.
