Follow the weather reports for yearly temps. I won't go anywhere over a part of the year that it hits the 70's. I love 40 to 50 degrees personally. Sweating like a pig is not vacation by a long shot.

They sell a 3mg tab which is a lot for. Feeling like garbage is what happens to me. They have 300mcg too. For me it's not an answer. Just a bad next day.
